Using this site and our services
These terms cover your use of this website and any work you hire Premier Indio Concrete and Masonry to do. By browsing the site, calling us, sending the contact form or booking a job, you agree to them.
If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site, and call us before you book so we can talk it through. You can start from our home page or read more about us before you decide.
What we do
We're a masonry contractor in Indio, CA, doing brick, block, stone and concrete work for homeowners in Indio and the cities around it. That includes repairs, restoration, walls, pavers, walkways, fireplaces and outdoor kitchens, as the service pages describe.
The site explains our work in general terms so you know what a job usually involves. It isn't a promise about your job, because every house, wall and slab is different. What we'll actually do for you is set out in your written estimate or agreement.
Estimates and pricing
We give free quotes on site, with no pressure to book. We look at the work in person because the price depends on things we can only see there, like the size of the job, the materials you choose, access to the work area and the condition of what's already in place.
Your written estimate states the scope, the price and how long the price holds. If we find something once the job is open that the estimate didn't cover, such as hidden damage or poor soil, we'll stop, show you, and agree on any change in writing before we do the extra work.
Nothing on this website is a price quote. Only a written estimate from us sets the price for your job.
Scheduling and cancellation
We schedule your job once you accept the estimate, and we'll give you a start date and a rough timeline. Weather, material deliveries, inspections and conditions we find on site can move that date, and we'll keep you posted when they do.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as you can so we can adjust the crew and any orders. If we've already bought special-order materials or started work, your written agreement says what you owe for that, and anything it doesn't cover we'll settle with you fairly.
Payment terms
Your written estimate or agreement sets any deposit, the payment schedule and the payment methods we accept. Final payment is due when the work is done as described, unless your agreement says otherwise.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's sorted out. We'll always talk to you first, because most payment problems are a misunderstanding we can fix with a phone call.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. If something we built or repaired isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it.
Masonry and concrete can still crack, shift or wear over time for reasons outside our control, like ground movement, drainage on the property, tree roots, heavy loads, extreme heat or changes someone else makes later. Apart from what we promise in your written agreement, we don't make any other guarantee about the work or this website, stated or implied.
The information on this site is general and given as is. We try to keep it accurate, but it isn't professional advice for your property.
Limits on our liability
To the extent California law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses from your use of this site or our services, such as lost time, lost income or costs you pay others. Our total responsibility for any claim about a job is limited to what you paid us for that job.
Nothing here limits any right you have that the law doesn't let a contractor take away.
If we disagree
If you're unhappy with anything, call us at (760) 262-2338 or reach us through our contact page first. Most problems get solved by walking the job together, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
If we can't work it out between us, either of us can take the matter to a court in Riverside County, California, unless your written agreement sets a different way to settle it.
Which law applies
These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Changes don't affect a job you've already agreed to in writing, which stays under the terms in place when you signed.
If you have a question about these terms, send it through our contact page or call (760) 262-2338, and expect a reply within 1 business day.
